re-verify your venue's start and end times with Nick after reviewing the Hosts Footprint so that we can finalize the schedules. Contact Nick 949-689-0500 nick@irvinewaterpolo.org with any questions or issues.

Please also advise ASAP if you are in need of any equipment (goals, course markings, extra clocks, etc) especially if you are hosting 10U or 12U divisions at your venue so that we can help source these items for you and have them available for pickup at the Site Director Meeting on Wednesday July 15th at 6pm at the USAWP Headquarters (6 Morgan, Ste 150, Irvine, CA 92618) or at another arranged time if needed.

Please be advised that you may be contacted by USAWP's Merchandise (Kirk Kley), Live Streaming (GOLS), or Stats (6-8 Sports) partners about them being onsite at your location. Please do your best to accommodate them and let Katie 610-505-4580 kaguas@usawaterpolo.org (or Nick) know if there are any additional needs such as changes to the venue rental, additional insurance, additional equipment, etc.

NOTICE! Aside from a snack bar, no other vendors are permitted on site without USAWP approval. This includes Jolyn, Kap7, Ducko etc. If you have any requests for vendor approval, please include your pool site and the name of the vendor to events@usawaterpolo.org

1) Every worker, volunteer, and admin over 18 years of age working with or around youth athletes must complete THIS GOOGLE FORM MONITORED BY USAWP

2) Site Admins Must Post SAFESPORT SIGNAGE at the appropriate places - LINK TO SAFESPORT SIGNAGE (Entrance/Report Abuse, No Deck Changing, Bathroom/Changing Area, Notice for Venues Without Separate Athlete Facilities)
If you need signage please advise and we will coordinate on how to acquire if you are not able to print - SIGNAGE MUST BE POSTED, AND PLEASE TAKE PHOTOS OF POSTED SIGNAGE AND UPLOAD THEM FROM HERE! Thank you!!! (Note, only site admin has upload rights.)

1) GO TO HOT! RESULTS AND SELECT SUBMIT RESLTS RIGHT FROM THERE (OR ANY DIVISION DISPLAY)

2) CLICK SUBMIT RESULTS LOGIN we will email and text you your login credentials through the kahunaevents.com ALERTS SYSTEM ON THE DAY PRIOR to first games. You will receive this if you are registered.

3) The next page is a LOCATION SELECT PAGE; PLEASE SELECT YOUR LOCATION

4) The next page are all the games AT YOUR LOCATION and all you need to do is CLICK ON THE GAME ID AND IT WILL BRING UP THAT RECORD! YOU MUST TYPE IN 2 SCORES, YOUR NAME AND CELL (and Notes, not required, but in case you need to, like Red Card, etc.), then click SUBMIT RESULT! THAT'S IT! Please VERIFY THAT YOU CLICKED THE CORRECT GAME and that the listed teams were the ones that played.

5) you then will be taken back to the LOCATION SELECT PAGE for your next score submission

Report scores AFTER EACH GAME.
Report Shootouts in 7.3 to 7.1 format where regulation time ended 7-7, etc.
If you make a mistake, please "RE-REPORT" the correct information!
NEVER CLICK BACK ON YOUR BROWSER WHEN REPORTING SCORES, JUST RE-REPORT ANY SCORE THAT WAS INCORRECT AND STATE THAT IN THE "NOTES" SECTION - THANK YOU!
