1) Every worker, volunteer, and admin over 18 years of age working with or around youth athletes must complete THIS GOOGLE FORM MONITORED BY USAWP

2) Site Admins Must Post SAFESPORT SIGNAGE at the appropriate places - LINK TO SAFESPORT SIGNAGE (Entrance/Report Abuse, No Deck Changing, Bathroom/Changing Area, Notice for Venues Without Separate Athlete Facilities )
If you need signage please advise and we will coordinate on how to acquire if you are not able to print - SIGNAGE MUST BE POSTED!

4) SCORE REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS:

a) We will text and email Thursday, January 29 with your Score Reporting username and password to submit scores. Make you are registered to receive text and email updates! Click here to log in and register for text and email notifications, all admins and table workers.

b) Note: Before logging in please get your Unique Game ID For the game you are reporting by looking at the OneDrive Schedules, MASTER BY LOCATION TAB.

c) Log into this page with your Score Reporting credentials: https://www.kahunaevents.org/cgi-bin/start.cgi/events/submit_result_login.htm 

d) After logging in, select the correct division and enter the GAME ID. IF THEY MATCH IT WILL BRING UP A RECORD. VERIFY IT IS THE CORRECT ONE AND ENTER THE SCORES, MATCHING THE CORRECT TEAM WITH THE CORRECT SCORE!
Please enter your name and cell in the submitter field!
Report scores AFTER EACH GAME.
Report Shootouts in 7.3 to 7.1 format where regulation time ended 7-7, etc.
If you make a mistake, please "RE-REPORT" the correct information!
