IMPORTANT HOST INFORMATION AND SCORE REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS, PLEASE READ FOLLOW PROTOCOLS

MANDATORY SITE HOSTS MEETING IS TUESDAY JULY 15, 2025 at the:

1) Every worker, volunteer, and admin over 18 years of age working with or around youth athletes must complete

2) Site Admins Must Post SAFESPORT SIGNAGE at the appropriate places - LINK TO SAFESPORT SIGNAGE (Entrance/Report Abuse, No Deck Changing, Bathroom/Changing Area, Notice for Venues Without Separate Athlete Facilities)

4) SCORE REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS:

a) The username and password to log in is the same as for session 1. Call 949-689-055 if you do not have it. It was also handed out as QR Code sheets with username and password at the meeting. Click here to log in and register for text and email notifications, all admins and table workers if you have not already.

b) Note: Before logging in please get your Unique Game ID For the game you are reporting by looking at the  OneDrive Schedules, MASTER BY LOCATION TAB (the RED tab).

c) Log into this page with your Score Reporting credentials: https://www.kahunaevents.org/cgi-bin/start.cgi/NJO_2025/njo_scorereport_login.htm  

d) After logging in, select the correct division and enter the GAME ID. IF THEY MATCH IT WILL BRING UP A RECORD. VERIFY IT IS THE CORRECT ONE AND ENTER THE SCORES, MATCHING THE CORRECT TEAM WITH THE CORRECT SCORE!
Please enter your name and cell in the submitter field!
Report scores AFTER EACH GAME.
Report Shootouts in 7.3 to 7.1 format where regulation time ended 7-7, etc.
If you make a mistake, please "RE-REPORT" the correct information!
NEVER CLICK BACK ON YOUR BROWSER WHEN REPORTING SCORES, Instead, close the page a re-log-in and re-report.

NOTE! NEW FOR SCORE REPORTING!

If someone is issued a RED CARD or a BRUTALITY, the referee admins would like for the hosts to report these along with the scores, AFTER THE GAME, once confirmed with the referees after they sign the score sheet, so please submit this information through this system along the scores.

Just put the information into the comments section, the person, type (athlete, coach, etc, cap number if appropriate and team, what was issued, and the time and quarter of play, along with the scores in the scores' fields. THANK YOU!
